For deliveries outside our usual area or at specific times, a supplementary fee may apply.   • Attempt to contact the recipient (if details are provided) to arrange a suitable time for redelivery.
  • In rare cases where neither option is possible, flowers are returned to us. We will then communicate with you to arrange redelivery or collection at your convenience, ensuring your beautiful gesture is never missed.
